Training: Social Security Administration Benefits for People with Disabilities

Join The Legal Aid Society for a training on Social Security Insurance (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). During the training, we will:

  • Summarize the differences between SSI and SSDI

  • Describe the application and appeals process for SSI and SSDI

  • Learn how SSA evaluates if someone is disabled or not

  • Discuss for gathering evidence to prove disability

The intended audience for this training is: Case/Care Managers or Coordinators. Other roles are of course welcome to attend!
