Training: Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment

Medicare Advantage plans are from private companies that offer an alternative to Original Medicare for your health and drug coverage. These plans include Part A (Hospital Insurance), Part B (Medical Insurance), and usually Part D (drug coverage).

This training, led by CMS New York, provides an overview of what Medicare Advantage is and when the open enrollment period begins. This presentation also touches upon changes beneficiaries can make to their Medicare Advantage plan.

The intended audience for this training is: Case/Care Manager or Coordinators, Community Health Worker/Patient Navigators, Social Worker, Elected Officials/Representatives, Program Coordinators/Managers, and Program Directors. Other roles are of course welcome to attend!
