Training: Naturalization for Low-Income and Disabled Lawful Permanent Residents

Please join presenters from NYLAG's LegalHealth division who will provide information on how to assist community members who have lawful permanent residence or "green card" status in becoming United States Citizens and all the benefits that come with this status. They will explain the basics of naturalization and provide tips on how to assist particularly low-income and disabled lawful permanent residents in navigating the process. They will also provide updates on changes that have been made recently to the naturalization process.   

This training is intended for, but not limited to, the following roles: Case/Care Managers or Coordinators, Community Health Workers/Patient Navigators, Social Workers, Clinicians - RN, MD, etc, Academics/Researchers, Program Coordinators/Managers, Program Directors.
