The training emphasizes language access as a core component of equitable, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. Participants will learn how to work effectively with interpreters, use plain language and teach-back, protect client rights, and promote clear and respectful communication during intake, crisis response, benefits appointments, shelter navigation, safety planning, and other frontline interactions.
