Training: Tobacco Use

This training explores tobacco use through a harm reduction lens and provides an overview of how nicotine and tobacco products affect the body. Participants will review trends in tobacco and nicotine use, health impacts, and the differences between combustible tobacco, smokeless tobacco, and nicotine only products. The session also introduces tobacco harm reduction strategies, motivational interviewing techniques for conversations about tobacco use, and resources that support smoking cessation.
